We have been using our ACT database for an number of years now and the programme just gets better and better.

Over the time that we have been providingTraining courses and Coaching clients we have been able to keep information for an individual or for group where a person has attended a particular course.

I can’t believe that I have been working from home for two years now and just loving it.  I like the fact that at lunch time I can sit in the sun or spend a bit of time in the garden, go for a walk or if the weather isn’t that nice, just turn the TV on and watch a little something.

Immediately  I think about what could happen to the bottom line in that business if the team member provided great customer service to all that they deal with!

People have indicated that they have gone to a business with both significant and small amounts of money to spend,  not been acknowledged or looked after so have left with the opposition receiving their dollars.  I bet the boss would be gutted if they knew this!!  I know that I would.

Time-wasters come from the people around you as well as from within yourself. Some time-wasters are unavoidable, but reducible nonetheless. By identifying the most frequent sources of time-wasters in your day, you may be able to make headway into reducing them, and therefore increasing your available time.
